Sorry if I forgot to tell you guys last week, but Im training a guy from Texas. He is was cool, and his name is Elder Bond. We also just found out that the other elders in the apartment are having an emergency transfer, so starting tomorrow we are in a threesome with the district leader whose name is Elder Kamarah. He is from Sere Le Dion, and is also way cool.
We are living in the outskirts of Kumasi, in a place called Asuoyeboah. Today we got to go to the actual main market of Kumasi, which was way crazy. There is literally no room to walk and you have to push your way through the crowd to get anywhere. Its actually kinda fun and would be like playing football with grandmas. While we were there I got to buy 2 Kentie ties and a soccer jersey that actually fits me. I also got to check my weight and was pleasantly surprised, but while talking to other missionaries I decided that I'm not going to telly what I weigh now, and that I will not send any pictures of myself, but only of others. That way when I walk off the plain you will be surprised. I'm still healthy and actually eating more than I did at home, I'm just trimming off my baby fat.
We also got to play football (aka soccer) with the single adults in the area and we tied, even though they cheated terribly. that was a lot of fun.
Other than that it has been a normal week here in Africa. Sorry about the windows mom. Jon I'm proud of your reading skills, but I still like good night moon better. Derek congrats with the eagle, keep it up. Love you guys and hope that all is still going well.
